Great Customer Service by Jezza!

I accidentally ordered an incorrect size. I emailed the customer service address and Jezza responded in a timely manner, resolved my issue quickly and was so kind and professional.

Everyone has been so helpful and responsive. I’d requested to exchange some sets for another size, which was actioned and approved on their end. Then I needed to cancel the request (before posting the returns or using the voucher code) as my body changed and the items were now the right size. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and friendly, they got it all sorted out for me. Such excellent customer service.

Jezza responded to my issue with sizing quickly and kindly - totally seamless process and will definitely be a loyal customer with the quality of their garments AND the customer service.
