Emotional Pet Support LLC.Reviews of emotionalpetsupport.com

Scam - They use ads saying an emotional support animal can be taken into grocery stores and restaurants. Only service animals trained to perform a task sre allowed in these places. Emotional support animals are NOT service animals and do not have the same exemption. The only thing an ESA allows is to have a pet in your rental when the landlord says no.

Solid company! The process was easy and the site has awesome add on features to make sure your order comes with everything you need. Great company, fast service and quick replies to messages. Would use again.

Well i saw this on line about show to get a ESA. I also saw a young girl in the food store have a small dog with a red vest on. Os i looked into show to get a ESA on my own. In older im singel and i need a compaion that would help me in stress worrie Being alone and if i would go into panic attacks. So a dog or car helps the mind and helps stablelize your mind four heartrate a ESA os a good way to go threw the legel ways and haveing real documents. So i bought my dog for the first time on my life. And getting a pet has positive and good addvantages. Now where i live is a no pets at my apt complex. I knew that and i was singel all thees years from 20006.liveing at my apt. So i desided to go threw it legel meaning with the ESA website i felt safe i felt sucure i felt protected by the law Because i just didnt go Bring my pet up here without Being legel and protected by the law. Thats what sucured me. The ESA team who answer phone calls tell you this. You can not be charged extra for haveing a ESA. You can not be ask to move Because you have a ESA and documents on what papers l you need. So the team who works for the ESA website and company based in florida sucured me by there words. I now have my pet from aug of 2022 till now. So when i handed the doument in with my rent. I recived the landlords letter at the end of november of 2022 to let me know i have to move. I found out landlords have more rights than the tenets do. So i was sbocked and disapointed. I also found out landlords dont need to give a reason why you have to move out. Or certifile a letter to the tenet. Also landlords own there units and proportiy of course. And no matter if its open feild with apt companys or privite own no matter what landlords have the right to tell you to leave your apt. I went to get what ever i could about my rights. And i called legel services up and Also went threw atorney genrules office Just to hear that was a waste of time. I didnt get no where except on circles i even called up on my states the fedrul houseing to tell them. Thay told me there not conected with a ESA or even with servic dogs where you buy there trained dogs. I even ask the landlord what if i give my ESA pet away can i stay hé Saïd no. 4 people told me you should have ask your landlord first if hou could have a pet thats legel and os a ESA. I thought no im not asking my landlord that because hé dont Want pets here in thees apts. It dont even matter if the président of the USA lived up here hé to could not have a pet threw ESA. It would not do no good to ask the landlord if im aloud. I bought my pet before hé knew i had a pet thats ESA aproved. So i felt safe sucured and protected by the law. Well when i went for help threw the ESA support team i didnt get no where threw the people who answers your questions. I didnt get no where threw my state houseing program i didnt get no where threw the atorney genrules office threw the young people who answers calls up in that office. I learned a bit by makeing calls in mornings ever since i got my letter from the landlord. I have no money for a lawer. And landlord always always have higher rights than the renter. Omost everyone works from home answering calls. Omost everyone os young from 20s to 30 of age i Aldo learned no body can give hou the right answers. You have to go around and around. I was stressed out i was upset i work days at my job. This all happen because i wanted and thought a ESA would be good for me. And im singel im independent. Im older. I Cam dérive im not handycap or blind its like not Being old but old as of you being in your 30s or 40s. And i dont know when its time to pass away. But i learned threw headache heattachs not eatting and stress and all the emoitions that can hit the mind and body by the run around in the phone with people. And show just one human only one human Can crush you with. Telling you got to move. And where are hou going to find your own place that fast. And prices are high. Im older now. Working 2 jobs would add more stress. Im not even at 20 pay rate. And to turn to family to hold you over And if hou even have that. All because i wabted something in my life. I Aldo learned the people i have talked with are not 50 years expérience or welles educated to back up there answers. And that the houseing county dont even work with ESA not even if you have a service dog. And im trying to keep my job . thats my main income. I learn some people will help out to a point. I also know people dont Want to get Envoled. I also know words Can kill and cause. All kinds of 5hings in the body sleep more drink more eat less loseing weight. Waiteing list in low income houseing. Want to keep your job. But dont know where you and your pet can live. One man just one cause all this one me Brcause i have a ESA. My pet is my dog. And os potty and crate trained. Also not a barker at night i dont think day time much at all when im at work. And if i was a bad tenet in all thoes years and was not told i have to move.now look i have a dog.

I didn't read any of these reviews until after I had already finished the process, so when I did, I panicked a little. I'm moving states and have been applying to places and finally found one I loved. The rental company did a whole "pet screening" application process, and since one of my dogs now has an ESA letter through Emotional Pet Support & is a restricted breed at the complex I was applying for, it was the first time I had provided the housing letter. Part of the screening process was the company reaching out to the doctor who wrote the letter to verify it. I was extremely nervous that it would come back as a scam, but everything went off without a hitch. The screeners were able to contact the doctor to verify the letter and all is good. Before I got notification that the pet screening was complete and my pup was approved, I had emailed customer service for EPS asking about them reaching out to the doctor, can she verify the letter, etc. I was emailed back within minutes answering all of my questions. So far, I'm very happy with my experience. They've allowed me to keep my pup who helps me through all of my panic attacks and depressive episodes. Of course I was 100% honest in the exam, and didn't exaggerate or anything like that. My dog is genuinely my support most days, so being able to keep her with us despite her breed is something I am thankful for!

After they did my accommodation form, they followed-up with this reviewing platform. I was so thankful I chose this company cause the form was the main thing I cared about having done ✅ now I don’t have any worries and it worked good when I submitted it! Great thank you so much and to the doctor too

EDITING Review to note that I was provided a refund AFTER filing a formal complaint with the BBB who reached out to them. I attempted to get an ESA letter from them. While they most certainly did provide me with one it was clearly a fraudulent letter and a scam. The doctor wasn't even using a professional email address it was just a gmail account. Secondly, the doctors letter head had a typo on it and when I pointed it out she cancelled me in the "System". System is in quotations because its clearly a fake system they built. Additionally, the address on the doctors letterhead was a residential address tied to nothing not even a PO box (Which they claim is what he was working out of). The address on the letterhead are tied to a residential address, a tire shop, and a vitamin shop (All verifiable). I work in customer service, and the CS rep Sarah, was EXTREMELY rude. She refused to answer my questions and got passive and rude when I pointed out there was a typo on the letterhead.Additionally, she cancelled in their "system" once I asked for further verification that the doctor was legit. You can see in any one of these replies from the business that they are fake because of how they defensive they are. A real business apologizes for a poor experience and rectifies the situation. It doesn't go on the defense and blame the customer. If it IS the customers fault they at least show empathy. Also note that when they "refund" you and "remove" you from the system the customer service rep cannot be found any longer. They stop responding. This business is running a fraudulent medical scam. To their comment back and flagging me as an illegal review, if people are coming to trustpilot to "attack their reputation" maybe it's a reputation worth attacking. I am being so adamant about this because I want to help people not make the same mistake I did. I have proof of everything I'm saying, which I have provided.

Can verify that this company is a scam. I paid for PSD dog certification but the airline has rejected it saying the dog training organization listed does not provide task training for service animals.

This website is a fraud. I got the ESA letter from them, but my apartment said they are not legit. So I contacted them and they started saying they purchased the company from Amber Dynamics and they cannot release a refund to me.
