Unfortunately, affordable house act makes it so you have to have contact with the provider or has seen the provider and they evaluation that you guys give is not accepted under the affordable house act. Therefore, I lost $100 for no reason.

After reading the reviews here, I decided to complete the Emotional Pet Support exam form questionnaire. Although I was a bit skeptical about paying before my physician consult, I went forward due to all these positive reviews. Then, I get the email not even 12 hours later saying I'm approved and here's my link to download letter. The letter read like a canned form letter, made several false statements and looked like a stamped signature. The letterhead even looked fake. I tried to research the doctor who was listed on the letter to no avail. I tried to call the office number listed but got what sounded like a VoiP message. I highly doubt, at this time, if the doctor actually exists. He certainly didn't speak with me but claims I've been under his care. Seems unethical for a doctor to lie. I've requested a refund, but we'll see if i get one or if I have to file a dispute with my bank. I'll for sure cancel my card cause it's a scam. A letter without an actual physician consult has no legal standing. The rest of these reviews are either faked or bought. No way this many people are having success with the letters issued by this company.

The apartments denied my ESA letters stating is was false and just bought online and matches other letters bought online. My provider left the practice which is why she couldn't write me an updated letter (she is who wrote my original and I cant get an appointment with anyone for months so the 170 dollars I spent for nothing while I try to find a provider and establish so I can get an updated letter. Money lost and letter not accepted

Hi Adriana, we apologize, to change/edit animal information, all you have to do is just email us at support(AT)emotionalpetsupport.com and we can send you the form to describe the edit/update. Sometimes, we understand that mistakes happen on the exam upon submission, and we do our best to not purposefully put in wrong animal information on your behalf. Apologies if mistaken, we offer refunds if denials happen, we don't just fulfill requests and ignore people. We've refunded many people who've had any unfortunate outcomes/difficulties.

Payed $89 for what was meant to be a renewal letter. Ended up providing me with a completely new letter so my animal was not accepted to the apartment and we are now being charged pet rent for an animal that is not even in our home. When I reached out to the therapist assigned to my case she was very inconsistent and provided little to no real help.
