Straightforward process and efficient staff responding to your questions in a fast manner.

I have received 2 letters for my cat and they were quick, friendly and efficient with the appointment and sending of the letter. I highly recommend this website if you need a letter for an ESA.

The survey was easy to complete and the process took about 20 mins. I was very happy to receive my confirmation within hours. Its a great service!!!!

Worked fast and great! :) Thank you

Application process was clear, questions allowed for personal expression of need, response was prompt, certificate arrived in under 24 hours. Glad to know that there are people who understand how important animals are for our mental and emotional well-being. Thanks.

Screening/online exam was very thorough and easy to complete. Quick response and approval.

Super easy process and the best team!

The letter was sent quickly via email and I received a printed copy a week later. The letter was professional and clearly written on the doctors letter head. My landlord is giving me issues but that has nothing to do with the service and product.
