One pet kept getting bounced back, I got told one thing from the people I’m trying to rent from and something else from the cite and support team. It’s been very frustrating. If only you would be specific and tell me what I needed to do, would it have been easier.

Hi Jesse, very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We're not sure about your issue specifically, usually, it's just a matter of ordering our Housing ESA service and then having our assigned provider complete an accommodation form.

The website design and format is terrible, I had to reread and go back multiple times because of how confusing and convoluted the layout and format is for selecting products and services. I still don't know for sure if I paid for the products and services that I was actually meaning too. It was just too confusing and the opposite of user friendly, which is the last thing you want when people's health and wellness is involved. Hire a proper web designer to completely redo the site and reformat to make it clear and concise, so people can understand what products and services they are actually selecting.

I paid for ESA & PSD but I only received PSD card & when inquired they were said they did send twice which I never received once , they didn’t provide any tracking number & after that they were rude & asked me to print it out.Well why did pay money if I could have just printed it out?
Response from Emotional Pet Support LLC.Dec 6, 2023
Hi Divyani, we apologize that USPS failed to send you the tracking number, we don't have control over tracking numbers as we aren't the shipping company. We do our best to fulfill all our clients equally, we aren't sure what we did that was rude, but we apologize for it and hope everything's well.

If you just need a letter and no supporting documents required by your landlord this service will work. However, in my situation my landlord emailed two forms that needed to be filled out. I was more than willing to pay the extra fees and even asked how, but the would only provide and additional form from their own company called “verification for assistance animal” where they didn’t even bother using my legal name, but the one from email. Dennis, the service rep, was rude when I followed up stating “Not sure why this case got so complicated.” And from my understanding was also rude my landlord. When they really had all the info to do forms, I was willing to pay extra, and didn’t even handle my case with enough care to ensure that my legal name was on their documents. They did provide me with a full refund. I went with ezcareclinic.com and they were quick and helpful and had no issues assisting with additional documents.

The client is being misleading, we do complete additional forms in addition to the letter. We've done this for thousands of our previous clients. We refunded this client the same day per her request.
