I now have my pet from aug of 2022 till now. So when i handed the doument in with my rent. I recived the landlords letter at the end of november of 2022 to let me know i have to move. I found out landlords have more rights than the tenets do. So i was sbocked and disapointed. I also found out landlords dont need to give a reason why you have to move out. Or certifile a letter to the tenet. Also landlords own there units and proportiy of course. And no matter if its open feild with apt companys or privite own no matter what landlords have the right to tell you to leave your apt. I went to get what ever i could about my rights. And i called legel services up and Also went threw atorney genrules office Just to hear that was a waste of time. I didnt get no where except on circles i even called up on my states the fedrul houseing to tell them. Thay told me there not conected with a ESA or even with servic dogs where you buy there trained dogs. I even ask the landlord what if i give my ESA pet away can i stay hé Saïd no. 4 people told me you should have ask your landlord first if hou could have a pet thats legel and os a ESA. I thought no im not asking my landlord that because hé dont Want pets here in thees apts. It dont even matter if the président of the USA lived up here hé to could not have a pet threw ESA. It would not do no good to ask the landlord if im aloud. I bought my pet before hé knew i had a pet thats ESA aproved. So i felt safe sucured and protected by the law. Well when i went for help threw the ESA support team i didnt get no where threw the people who answers your questions. I didnt get no where threw my state houseing program i didnt get no where threw the atorney genrules office threw the young people who answers calls up in that office. I learned a bit by makeing calls in mornings ever since i got my letter from the landlord. I have no money for a lawer. And landlord always always have higher rights than the renter. Omost everyone works from home answering calls. Omost everyone os young from 20s to 30 of age i Aldo learned no body can give hou the right answers. You have to go around and around. I was stressed out i was upset i work days at my job. This all happen because i wanted and thought a ESA would be good for me. And im singel im independent. Im older.
