This company is great, it was a fast and easy process. They got back to me very quickly. I would definitely recommend using this company to anyone looking for an ESA certification/letter. The ONLY reason I gave it four starts is because the ID card does look a little fake & I don’t know how much it’ll actually help me. But other than that there was no issue no complaint. No problems. I’m just a little disappointed on how that came out.
