It was very easy and straightforward to complete the questionnaire. Response was within 24 hours. I had no problem presenting the information provided to my landlord and was approved for an emotional support pet immediately. This service is highly recommended.

I Absolutely LOVE this company. I have 2 service furry friends one for my Deaf wife and & the other for my PSD. They have taking care of both. I have NO issues traveling EVER!!! I will recommend them over and over again. Thank You SO Much!

Really good at responding to questions and emails. Although they say you have to talk to a therapist you actually don't. That surprised me a bit. But I did write a comprehensive reason for needing an ESA dog since my last actual Service Dog died 6 months ago. So no complaints.
