However, we filled out two applications for 2 support animals and got an email within 2 days with a professional letter very specific with the number of the mental health specialist. My apartment accepted them and didn't question at all. I like how they let you include as many animals as you want on the same document. I would purchase anything again and the letter was beyond what I was asking for very detailed even said Newpor Beach California. I had a feeling it was a legit place because I looked it up there are no complaints and orange county is strict about laws so thank you 5 stars for me no problem.
