One pet kept getting bounced back, I got told one thing from the people I’m trying to rent from and something else from the cite and support team. It’s been very frustrating. If only you would be specific and tell me what I needed to do, would it have been easier.

Hi Jesse, very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We're not sure about your issue specifically, usually, it's just a matter of ordering our Housing ESA service and then having our assigned provider complete an accommodation form.

GREAT service! Using the ID that arrived within 2 days, my dog Calvin was able to get access into Alcatraz and Muir Woods, both of which are restricted to all animals except service animals. The process was quick and the approval process took less than 15 minutes.
