We are very happy with the dining room set we bought through Emma Mason. The communication from Emma Mason was exemplary. When we ran into issues with the delivery company, Drichsen stepped in and got our dining room delivered on the initial date promised. We were pleased with our experience with Emma Mason and would definitely purchase furniture through them again.

Great website, exceptional stock of items, a pleasurable communication, and and expedited delivery I had a personal conversation many times with a man named Sam. You are lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you.

I am very happy with my recliners and with the people contacted at Emma Mason. Thank you Lourdes and Kate and others whom I can’t remember their names at the moment. You all did a great job. Now go get your raises.

Harris and Nadir were very helpful and answered all my concerns. Their communication skills were excellent and text messaging reminded me of my upcoming delivery. If you can, go for the white glove order since they will inspect your items before delivery and unbox them for you in your home. I feel that the complaints here may stem from the local delivery companies so I hope they make sure who is working for them. My delivery may have gone a bit smoother if there wasn't a language barrier - they were on a time frame of course, just wish I got them to a more convenient doorway closer to the freight elevator. Even so, they handled my furniture well, made sure everything was acceptable after assembly. I'm super happy with my new furniture and the pictures were accurate. It helped that I did some research on the manufacturers and was impressed of the company's wide range of vendors and reasonable prices. Keep up the good work Emma Mason!
