Customer service was fantastic. I had several questions concerning the furniture I was ordering. I called many times and every time they were helpful, professional and friendly. Great job. Will use again and 100% recommend.

We ordered a desk that came in 4 pieces. Delivery was straightforward, timely and easy. Jade kept us apprised of the status of the order throughout the process and was very helpful. We’d order from here again.

Couldn't be more satisfied. We had our furniture as promised and without a hitch.

Everything was perfect. From placing the order to setting up delivery, it was handled with professional people that took great care every step of the way. Our customer specialist, Jade made our buying experience pleasurable.

I ordered a bedroom suite and was told when I ordered it would be 3-4 weeks. It took 3 months to receive the furniture and when it came I got the wrong headboard and the mirror wasn’t delivered because it was damaged. They told me I ordered the wrong headboard even though I ordered it online with the help of their customer service department so I’m stuck with something I didn’t order. As of today they can’t tell me when I’ll receive the mirror. This will be my last order with this company

I'm very happy with my purchase of a Flexsteel recliner. My only reason for 4 stars is because it took 11 1/2 weeks to arrive, when I had expected 4-6. At the time of the order, the website indicated that the chair was in stock. This was attributed to a delay at the Flexsteel factory. It did cause some disappointment and frustration. Nadir and others at Emma Mason were very good at communicating the status of my order, and responded very quickly to my replies. The delivery company also kept me informed, especially pre-delivery. They were very quick and efficient on delivery day, and the chair arrived in perfect condition. The wait was worth it, as I did not find the same item anywhere else at even close to this price. I would definitely look at Emma Mason for any future purchases.

I ordered two IFD Parota Bookcases; the bookcases are beautiful and look even better than expected. Emma Mason (and it's sister companies) are competitively priced and offered the best price on the items I ordered. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the delivery. Jade was awesome and very helpful with the shipping and delivery timeline and was always an email away for any questions. Five stars for Jade! The delivery staff called about 30 minutes out, showed up on time, unboxed and allowed me to inspect the items, delivered to the first room (per white glove instructions), were courteous, removed the boxing materials, and did an overall excellent job delivering the bookcases into our house. My only suggestions for the companies to improve upon are: 1. A more accurate estimate on the website for delivery time-frame (when the customer will actually receive the order. For example, the original google search for the item shows it in stock and ready to ship, which may lead to an expectation of a faster delivery of the order. 2. To allow customers a choice for a delivery day instead of clicking on the email/text link to confirm delivery and a date assigned immediately without a choice. I plan on placing future orders in the next few months for more bedroom and living room furniture. Thank you for a great shopping, delivery, and customer service experience! ***For future customers, just know the delivery timeline is long. My order time to delivery day took approximately two months. I would recommend customers start an online chat or email/call customer service to get an accurate delivery expectation.

Excellent professional and helpful service was provided by Drichsen at Emma Masson. Great quality furniture was delivered and professionally installed by kind technicians too.
