The website was helpful, with tremendous selection and good prices. Customer Service Team Leader Lourdes facilitated a smooth delivery with good communication. We are well pleased with both the bedroom set and the process by which it came to us. As long as you are not in a hurry, this is a great way to go.

I was quite happy with EmmaMason staff and their efforts working with me to get our furniture delivered to a pretty remote region of Colorado. They communicated very well during the process.
