I don't think I've ever had customer service as good as this. Drichsen kept me informed every step of the way, from placing an order, when it was shipped by the manufacturer to them, when it was going to be shipped to their local delivery team and then on the day of delivery and then checking everything was delivered correctly. They had great products at a great price and "over delivered" on customer service. Would certainly recommend them to anyone, they can be trusted to do a great job.

I am very impressed with your customer service team. Success Manager Drichsen kept me informed as to when the delivery would be made and also what to expect at delivery time. This was very important to me as I am in FL and would not be in Ga to take delivery. Our GA neighbors would oversee delivery. They are in their late 80s. I explained this to Drichsen who I am sure passed this on to the delivery team. Delivery went well, and in a timely fashion. I received a follow-up call today from Drichsen, checking on the delivery as well. Excellent customer care! Thank you, Drichsen, for your care and concern. 8

My experience was perfect. Although my order took a bit longer than usual, Jade was excellent at communicating with me while waiting for my furniture. She was professional, as were the delivery team. My furniture was perfect and worth the wait.

I finally got my Kincaid buffet i been dreaming for to match my dining table for a couple of years. I should have purchased it when i purchased my table. The wait was well worth it. Emma Mason kept me informed along the way as the order progressed. They gave me better price on the item than another company. They even followed up after I received the item. A big company in the area wouldn’t do that you would have to constantly do that. I’ve dealt with one on a couch that was damaged so I just gave up they wouldn’t stand up to their warranty & they are a big chain. Emma Mason is my first online furniture purchase & won’t be my last1
