I worked with Lourdes at Emmamason.com while placing an order for a very large Flexsteel leather sofa. Everything went well from ordering, communications, and delivery. One section was delayed by the manufacturer, which can happen. Lourdes made arrangements to have the available pieces delivered within the original delivery date timeframe. Lourdes then communicated every step of the way concerning the expected timeframe of the last section being delivered. The last section was delivered as promised. I appreciated having had the option of enjoying our new sectional before Thanksgiving, and not having to wait on all pieces. Both delivery companies were A+ service with attention to detail and communication of delivery date/timeframe. I could not have been more pleased with my experience and the pricing of my sectional. The sectional came in about $1,200 less than any other vendor I could find.

COMMUNICATION! I made the order knowing that it was going to be about 8 to 10 weeks before it was delivered. Emma Mason kept me informed all along The journey up until the time it was in my house. The delivery company emailed me, texted me and called me with almost a time of their delivery. They actually delivered the item about 10 minutes before their projected time. The delivery company that they used to deliver my furniture was excellent. The gentleman were efficient, courteous and they made sure that the installation was correct and to our satisfaction. When I am in need of furniture again I would definitely keep Emma Mason in my mind for the purchase.

I found the whole buying experience very nice. The delivery guys were great and notified me when they were going to be here. Right on time and a very nice setup experience. Assembled the sofa and loveseat and were very professional.

I had a great experience with Emma Mason. The table I purchased arrived within the expected shipping window. I was contacted regularly with updates. The delivery guys were great. I LOVE the table. I'm sorry others did not have the same experience, but I have zero complaints!

Stay away from ordering online with this company or with Emma Mason. I spoke with a sales rep, several times throughout the month of January. On 1/9/2024 I was told my Ainsley sideboard was to be delivered to my home in April. 24 hours later (today) when I went to place the final order, another customer service agent said it would be 6 to 8 weeks after April or late May, June. This is a 4 to 5 months wait on a delivery. Also, you have to pay online for authorization when you order, so they have your money for 5 to 6 months before delivery. This company lacks credibility. Stay away. I am reporting to Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General office. Very, very disappointed with Harris and this company.

BEWARE of WHO YOU ARE DOING BUSINESS WITH - DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ ALL REVIEWS ONLINE!!!!!!!!! I ordered and paid for a bed frame from Emma Mason for $3,516.65. Their own Delivery Crew came to deliver it. They dropped the bedrails. They drug the frame across the lip on the back of the truck and then said it could not be delivered inside my home. They said they would damage the bed further and put holes in my walls and I would need to sign a damage waiver before they went any further. I did not sign the waiver and they left. I called Emma Mason right away to tell them what had happened. They told me it was my fault their Delivery Crew could not deliver. I told them what I was told by the Delivery Crew and they still would not comprehend. I DO NOT have the bed frame. I have NOTHING. I disputed the charge with the credit card company. Emma Mason credited me back only $1,720.47 and refuses to credit the balance of $1,796.18. I DO NOT HAVE THE MERCHANDISE. I want the remaining credit balance of $1,796.18 applied back to my credit card.

The company has awful customer service and is very misleading about their ability to deliver merchandise. The so-called customer success specialist does not even have a phone. Placed and paid for a couch almost a month ago and we still have no idea when if ever the couch will arrive. Terrible experience and I would never recommend that anybody purchase from them.
