I purchased the pulaski caldwell 6 pieces. I love everything that I purchase. I was guided all the way through my process. Nadir was very caring and informative about my process, he stayed in contact with me letting me know the next step. He told me how long it would take from the warehouse to them to inspect the furniture. The shipping company guys was awesome they brought one piece in at a time so I can inspect each piece they was very patient they also inspect and took there pics. No bumps or bruises every item was perfect. Nadir thank so much for caring.

We had a positive experience with Emmamason.com. Shipping/delivery took a week or two longer than expected but Nadir did a great job of keeping us informed along the way. Delivery serve did a great job, also. I would order from them again.

Probably the best thing about this entire purchase was Jade Tescon. My wife and I tried to buy these chairs both locally as well as other places and ran into either apathy, rudeness or simply out of stock. While this purchase took a long time to work through Jade continuously followed up throughout the process, providing updates and information along the way. The chairs were packed amazingly so there were no issues with damage. The delivery folks were quick and polite. Ultimately, the chairs are beautiful and fit perfectly in our office. Our thanks again to Jade for a great job and exceptionally professional customer service. Would seek her out again to work with if possible!!

The delivery took a long time and when I went to cancel item due to not fitting space they only returned 1/3 of purchase price due to delivery and re-stocking fee. I have never encountered such a horrific return policy.

The set up was great and all furniture came in perfect condition. Thanks!

Product price and customer service were great. Carl and Jade were very helpful and kept me updated regularly. They were a great help making sure everything went smoothly with delivery. Jade called the day before delivery and day after to assure all had gone well. My only disappointment with the process is that when you are ordering you have no idea that it will be a month or two before your furniture arrives. I wish that was more transparent before ordering (maybe it is on the site someplace I just didn’t see it?). I would recommned Emma Mason to anyone shopping for furniture! Thank you Jade and Carl

I was nervous about ordering online. This company had significantly better prices, so I decided to give it a chance. Our furniture came within 2 weeks of my order and the delivery was quick and easy. I would definitely order from them again. I ordered a full sized couch and love seat.

Drichsen communicated well and the delivery process was very smooth. The team that delivered the furniture was efficient and knowledgeable. All went well!
