Great price. Quick delivery. Thanks. I researched several furniture providers, and Emma Mason followed through with everything they promised.

I was very nervous about purchasing through Emma Mason as I not only hadn’t heard of them but never purchased from them. My buying experience, customer service experience, and delivery experience were all incredible! On top of that, I found the lowest price through Emma Mason, same furniture, great quality! Thank you, highly recommend!

Jade was very helpful with keeping me up to date on the delivery time-line and making sure I knew when to expect my delivery. Delivery was smooth and even received it earlier than expected. Furniture is beautiful. I would highly recommend Emma Mason.

The table is beautiful! Exactly like I wanted the color to be. The color was exactly like the picture so I was very pleased when it turned out to be just that! Their customer service is excellent. Even the delivery guys were great and very helpful. Overall it was an excellent experience! Thank you!!

On time . As described. No damage. Easy communication. Will refer to friends and family.

Great products, awesome prices, and fantastic customer service. I ordered a Flexsteel reclining sectional for a fraction of the cost from other retailers. The ordering process with Walter was smooth. Lourdes did a fantastic job following up and staying in communication throughout the entire process. The sectional arrived sooner than promised and was in pristine condition. Lourdes let me know exactly what to expect during delivery and gave me precise instructions on how the delivery should go. I couldn’t be happier and the Henry Flexsteel sectional ROCKS! Thank you Emma Mason ( Bedroom Furniture Dsicounts) and the awesome team for making my order effortless. Now I must go relax, recline, and watch tv on my awesome couch!

Well to start with the pricing was great which made me a little bit cautious. The delivery timing was forecast to long like 2-3 months but in reality it was less than 7 weeks. The best thing about this company is their outstanding communication process from insuring clear understanding about furniture fabric and delivery timing and process. The delivery company assembled furniture outside so it could be inspected and they placed inside. I would strongly encourage others to buy here.

The furniture is beautiful and arrived without a scratch! The delivery team was great.
