Good Communication

My experience with Emma Mason was impressive! My contact person, Jade, was so friendly and communicated every step of the way. Part of my order was damaged in transit to them, but they delivered the other 3 pieces to me on time, and expedited the brand new fourth piece. Delivery personnel were polite, efficient and respectful of my home. All in all, it was an extremely positive experience and I would not hesitate to highly recommend purchasing through them!

Ordering was easy. Drischen was helpful throughout the process. She was on top of things when the unit was shipped and kept me updated with that timeframe and directions on how to accept/decline shipment. She also followed up the following day to verify it was received in good condition.

The furniture arrived in great condition and arrived as scheduled. It did however take quite some time to get the furniture but in the end we are very satisfied. Thank you Jade for your assistance through the process!

First of all, I received a great price on my furniture from EmmaMason which was amazing. Second of all, I had the support from a Success Manager, Nadir, who helped me through every stage of the process. His communications were so helpful and he did everything he could so that my experience was a good one. The order shipped on time and the delivery people were very professional. The furniture arrived in perfect condition and was set up in my home. Nadir even explained the process if anything was damaged (which it was not) so he assured me that I would be completely satisfied. After the men left and took every bit of paper, cardboard box and plastic material - my home with the bedroom set looked perfect. If I could give Nadir a 10+ instead of a 5 I would. I would not hesitate to buy again from EmmaMason. Thank you for such a good experience!
