When I first placed an order, after a week I was informed that the items I ordered were discontinued. I was a little discouraged, but placed another order. Nadir kept me informed every step of the way. Received my furniture in a timely manner and knew exactly when it was arriving. Their delivery service was exceptional as well. A big thank you to Nadir for your extraordinary customer service. When I’m shopping for furniture again, Emma Mason will be my first stop!

They made sure that I was totally happy during the ordering process. Never felt rushed. Nadir did a terrific job of keeping me updated and informed after ordering. Carl was also helpful during ordering.

Only this store had the model of couch I wanted and was willing to ship to the west coast. Although the shipping process took a ~4 weeks due to them being in the east coast and needing to coordinate with multiple shipping companies, couch arrived in great condition and the shipping company they used was also friendly, personable folks, so that was an added plus. Shoutout to JADE from the customer success team for staying on top of things wiht proactive updates throughout the whole process!

Highly recommended. If you’re looking for quality furnitures, a team that cares (Nadir did an amazing job providing all the information and delivery date) and a stress-free delivery process, Emma Mason delivers across the board. I’d absolutely shop here again. Just keep in mind that shipping takes a little bit longer than usual, but, that is the way the do business.

QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT AND DELIVERY IS UNMATCHED

Jade with Emma Mason is worth her weight in gold! I ordered a bed from this company. No one had it in stock. It was not listed as out of stock with Emma Mason so I chose to buy the bed there. As it turns out the bed was in fact out of stock but no big deal, I already knew no one else had it. Jade kept my informed the entire time I was waiting on my bed. I never had to contact the company to ask where’s my furniture. It was delivered when she said it would be delivered, without any flaws. A very beautiful piece of furniture that we are enjoying tremendously! Jade, I hope this company sees your value and what you are worth. My delivery took a little longer than expected but the company was great about checking in and giving status updates. When the item finally arrived delivery was seamless and the item was exactly as pictured with no damage. Drichsen in customer service was particularly helpful throughout the process. Would order from Emma Mason again.
