All the items arrived undamaged. Nadir was very attentive and helpful in keeping me updated throughout the ordering and delivery process.

If it wasn't for Jade I would not have given am5 stars. The original delivery company caused me to wait way to long to deliverespecially for an in stock file cabinet. Jade had the file cabinets picked up and delivered by another company and they arrived very quickly. The file cabinets are of very high quality and beautiful. I must say it was worth the delay for the beauty of these cabinets. Thank you Jade

The order took about 5 months to ship, but the furniture came in perfect condition and it is well constructed and sturdy! I got the crib and dresser in the color Sand Dune and it is ideal for my son’s nursery. The furniture was easy to assemble as well. Nadir helped me with my order and kept me informed of the process all the way through. Thank you!

We love our new table! The craftsmanship is beautiful, and it fits our space perfectly. Excellent customer service from both Samantha and Drichsen — they graciously answered our many questions about measurements, purchasing, and delivery. There was a small hiccup with our delivery, but the team handled it professionally and patiently. Highly recommend!

Ordered a Jackson Royce sectional. It arrived ahead of schedule and delivery guys were great. Love the couch. Better than expected! Super happy with my purchase! Price was excellent! Online furniture orders usually take some time so expect that. Mine was around 4 weeks, but if it had of been twice that I would have been fine with it for the price. Brick and mortar stores charge double for speed which is fine if you want that, but I preferred the savings. I had never heard of EmmaMason before this purchase so I am glad to know they exist.
