The moving delays have been no fun for anyone involved and we are working hard behind the scenes on updating our manufacturing systems so that we do not get caught in delays like this ever again! Again, thanks for sticking with us through some pretty sh*%$y months - we promise that the long awaited gear will be well worth it! 💪🏼

Jason, We completely agree that the delays have been much too long (and are working hard to get caught up after a rough few months of slow downs). Looking forward to getting your unit gear shipped out to you soon - and please don't hesitate to reach out to us anytime you have a question regarding your order. Aaron, We have no intention of stringing our customers along.. we (along with plenty of other companies both large and small) are experiencing some major delays on a global level with shipping and manufacturing slow downs.. which unfortunately and inevitably slows down our ability to turn items around as quickly as both you and I would like. We agree... it sucks! All around! There's no denying that. What we can say.. is that while the delays have been insanely long, we are not a scam , we have zero ill intentions.. we ARE working hard to get caught up on the delays and we WILL deliver all items to each and every customer - even if it takes us what feels like a lifetime to do so. 😅 I hope that you, and others leaving and reading these reviews can see that we are truly working hard to get caught up on some truly unacceptable delays and look forward to making things right by means of some long awaited kickass custom gear.

Sabrina, We are so bummed to see this review as we know that the delays and wait time on your order have been much longer than expected and it's no fun to continue to receive messages about delays. We agree that is not fun and we are working hard to improve on our turnaround time as well as our communication with customers to ensure that frustrations like this don't continue to happen in the future. With that being said, we are indeed working hard on getting orders out the door constantly and your order indeed will be on its way to you soon. While it has taken what seems like a lifetime (we agree!!) we can indeed promise you that we are absolutely not a scam and very much will be shipping your items out to you soon.

Hey Don, Please know that we are working hard on the gear and will absolutely deliver the items to you.. even if it did take much longer than you or I are happy about. We do not intend to blame covid entirely but that is the unfortunate truth of the situation at hand. :/ With our supply chain and fabric/material suppliers severely slowed down due to covid.. our production process inevitably is slowed down as well as we are unable to make things as quickly when we are awaiting materials to do so. We are equally disappoint in these delays we have experienced and agree that it is unacceptable, trust us! With that being said, we are working hard on your gear and should have it shipping out to you in the coming week or so here.
