Hey Sebastian, Thank you and your unit for all of the patience and understanding on the delays - we are disappointed in the delivery times and are working hard to get back to our gold standard of 3-4 weeks turnaround. We know it has been disappointing to continue to receive delayed delivery messages, we are very sorry to do that to you guys. :/ With our supply chain and fabric/material suppliers severely slowed down due to covid.. our production process inevitably is slowed down as well as we are unable to make things as quickly when we are awaiting materials to physically do so. Regardless, we know you guys have been waiting a long while and while the wait time has been nuts, we do truly look forward to getting the gear shipped out to you guys soon!

Hey Ana, We are very sorry that the wait time on your apparel has been so long - we are disappointed in that as well and are working very hard to get that turnaround time back down to our gold standard. With that being said, we know that the delays on your order have been unacceptably long and were happy to offer you a refund on your items. So, while we know the wait time has been quite long .. a full refund and still. receiving your gear (essentially free gear at this point) doesn't seem like too bad of a deal! :) If you would like, please get back to us so that we can get your refund squared away. We look forward to making things right as well as getting you some awesome gear.

Hey Rachel, We completely agree with you - the delays have been unacceptable and we are as disappointed as you are in the fact that it has taken so long for us to get your gear shipped out. We are a small team of people here busting our butts to get gear made and out the door and are sorry if we have given you the impression that our emails are generated - our customer service team (of 1) is hard at work making sure that no customer is left unanswered! With that being said, we have offered a full refund once you receive the gear so essentially we are offering you the opportunity to receive free gear in exchange for a delayed wait time. Doesn't seem to be too bad of a deal when you break it down? :) Regardless, we know its been a frustrating long wait and we look forward to getting the gear shipped out to you soon!

Dustin, We are very disappointed in the delays and wait time on your order as well and want to express to you we know its been an insane wait time and we are not ok with that either - we are sorry to have disappointed you and your holiday gift plans as well. :/ With that being said, we do extend a massive thank you for continuing to stick in there with us while we finish up the order. As for the crazy slow down and delays - we truly believe in the quality and power of our customers gear and believe in it so much so that when you receive your gear if you do not truly feel that it was worth the crazy wait time it took to get it - reach back out to us and we will be more than happy to send a full refund your way. Seriously - when you receive your gear give us a holler if you do not think it was worth the time you waited for it and we will send you a full refund, no questions asked. We know it has been a crazy long wait and we are very disappointed that the delivery time has been so much longer than we typically aim for. We agree that it is unacceptable and are working hard every day, all day, to get this gear complete and out the door. We are a small team of people who take each and every customers experience to heart so it truly does bum us out to have disappointed you. Randy, this is Mike, founder and owner of Emblem. First off, I obviously apologize about the unsatisfactory experience and I also genuinely want to thank you for the feedback and the opportunity for us to improve. You’re right and the words sting, but that’s how we’ll get better. We’re definitely not custom ink - our gear is made entirely different, won’t crack or fade after two washes, and unfortunately took waaaay too long to manufacture. We’re a small team and we’re hustling as best we can through fabric delays and other supply chain issues - we’re getting better, with more fabric options too - so I’ll reach out to you personally once we get supply chain back on track and offer you a chance to preview some of the new product and win back your trust. Hey there, We completely agree and are equally embarrassed and disappointed in the delays on orders currently. What is your order #? We are working hard to get all of the orders shipped out as quickly as we humanly can but would be more than happy to check on your gear and make sure that it is on its way out the door to you!
