Our order came in & the tops were smaller than expected. We called the company to find out how to resolve & they immediately input a new order (one size up) for us. They didn't charge us for this or for additional shipping! We were extremely impressed with this level of customer service AND the high quality product that was provided. We ordered shirts & a hoodie - the prints are within the material, not simply ironed on. We anticipate that this will last forever and we LOVE these tops. Thank you for resolving so quickly & for making it a positive & easy experience for us. Take good care!

New Management GOAT Although due to previous management failing to fulfill orders. The new management went out of their way to fulfill my order even after it was about 3 years old along with a phone call which was a very generous customer service experience. Customer service 11 out of 10. Sad to say after I finally got my order one of the prints on a shirt was messed up a bit but after this long a wait I’d rather not even bother trying to get it fixed. But given the experience with this new management I would still order from them again and recommend it to others. Overall 9.9 out of 10. Keep up the great work!

***EDITED TO ADD: After getting in touch with Christy, I got my two missing items reproduced, shipped to my house, and in my possession!*** Emblem Athletic was an overall good experience from start to finish! A star knocked off because it was difficult to reach customer service once my order was placed. I worked with Brent on the design team who was EXTREMELY quick on getting my designs and idea onto a product. Worked with him mid-October, and got a HUGE order in from my PLT right around Halloween time. About $2700 worth of gear. I was expecting delays (6-8 weeks as per the email), so when I hadn’t heard anything back by beginning of January, I started reaching out. I, like most people here, was worried I was conned, and I got anxious that I threw all of my PLT’s money away. But around the first week of February (after multiple attempts at contacting the Emblem Athletic team but only reaching their GOAT, automated response) I finally got tracking numbers! (But I still definitely hadn’t made contact with an actual human since Brent when we designed the gear) Gear is great quality, and very comfy. Has withstood very aggressive washing and rolling around the dirt. My guys all love it. Just recently emailed because I was missing a couple of items once everything was distributed, so hopefully I hear back. Honestly, I’d give them 5 stars if they were more transparent on shipping times, and responded to my inquiries even at all. (And if I had all my items I ordered!) I’d still recommend them, but just be conscious of wait time… but I mean, I’ve waited 6 months before for gear ordered at the BN/BDE level so 3 months didn’t seem so bad in retrospect. 😬

I used them because I've seen their work already and it was too of the line. I think it will honestly be worth any wait time. Christie was great with working with me and getting exactly what I wanted as design.

I had a great experience with the design team. Emma worked with me every step of the way in creating our unit logo and remained flexible throughout the process as changes continued to be made in the design. Sara helped establish our online store and was super helpful in answering all of my questions regarding sales. She even called me directly to address my concerns over shipping delays which made all the difference to me. The only reason I'm not providing the 5th star is because I do believe the wait time is a little long, but hoping to receive our gear within the expected time window. Really excited and looking forward to receiving our "kickass gear".

I’ve done business with this organization twice. First time was phenomenal second was a little slow. From the first orders the product has held up great and shipping was quick. T-shirts and sweatshirts have been washed well over 100 times and there’s zero fading and the logo still looks great. The second store orders were a little slow. However, Emblem Athletic has been very honest and forthcoming in the deficiency. Once their production times are back to normal, I will continue to do business with Emblem athletic and continue to recommend them to others.

I ordered a single face mask with a custom design to match our university logotype and colors. The dye was off slightly, and a few stitches came out of the lower band. Otherwise, it's the best face mask I've got, for comfort, stretchability, and durability. Under these working conditions, that's a very good result. I'll be reordering.

I love the clothes I received, super comfortable and fits well. I did realize though after seeing other orders that my sweatshirt is missing some lettering on the front, so that's a little disappointing, but I still feel like the clothes are of great quality.
