*Update, received order. Quality was 10/10, but time, logistics and customer service still leave a lot to be desired. Delivered 2/27. I placed an order on 11/27 and it was confirmed. I was e-mailed that the order would be fulfilled in 4-6 weeks. On January 4th I asked for an update and was given a generic sorry we are working the backlog of orders. On January 22nd I asked for an order shipping confirmation or to please cancel and refund my order. As on today (1/29) I have not heard back and my credit card has not been refunded. Disappointed I was looking forwarded to getting deployment memorial shirts and items.

I ordered some shirts in the beginning of March as samples for my unit commander. I have stayed patient up until I was told it would be delivered in late May or early June. This was not the case, I emailed the company and they said they had a vendor that didn't work out. It is so frustrating and frankly embarrassing that I stopped my unit from getting shirts elsewhere so we could support this business. I hate leaving bad reviews but this company has really bitten off more than they can chew. I hope their product is as good as they claim. They took my money in 30 seconds but have failed to deliver anything..... Update Received my gear, I will attest that the quality is phenomenal. Had some issues with some of the design but it was a misunderstanding. I would advise that before you place an order, ensure both sides understand exactly what you want so there is not confusion. The wait time is excruciating but the product is actually a different breed of quality for sure. very durable. I would have given 5 stars if the shipping time was not so terrible.

My son, who is now deployed with the US Army ordered custom sweatshirts with his unit mascot logo for his older brother and myself. He ordered a extra large for his brother and a large for me. When they finally arrived almost two months late we found that the sizing was off. The large will fit me if I wear it by itself. The XL was too small for my son and actually fits me better than the large. While there is no complaint about the quality of the product, which is very good, the sizing is an unfortunate problem as my son can’t wear his sweatshirt.

It took 3 months to receive my t-shirt as well as the rest of the people in my organization. I do like the quality of the shirt and so far it has not faded nor cracked with several washes and use at the gym-as the company promises. It did take quite a long time to receive it, I anticipated several weeks but reading other reviews-my experience was not unusual in that it took a rather long time to receive our order. I like supporting small businesses, veteran friendly, quality products-and the fact that we were able to have our own design was great. The cost was quite a bit less than any other custom option that we explored online. I hope they remedy the shipping/processing times because I do enjoy the quality and look of my shirt.

The gear is great. The customer service is lacking. We had two issues with the nearly $2000 order. We contacted them right away and were told that the replacements would be sent out "ASAP." When I contacted them three weeks later I was told the gear wouldn't be sent for an additional 2 weeks. Our season is over at the beginning of March and it looks like 2 of our kids will be without their gear until two weeks before that - even though we ordered in November. The garments look great, but the customer service is awful.

The jersey was great, but our order was delayed by many weeks. I received my jersey the night before my 7am race. That’s unacceptable when it was placed months in advanced

Had 4 separate orders 2 under my name. All went to a different address. Asked multiple times for a tracking number, and never had a response. Shirts are great though

The owner contacted me and made things right. The product is made very well. Thanks for checking back and taking care of my concerns.
