Broken Record Bad Review Incoming...
Hello all, As you can see with the NUMEROUS reviews below me ... this company (regardless) of quality - is not worth your time or money. I’ve been waiting for 2 months for a single T-Shirt, and per the trajectory seen from others, looks like I’ve got at least another 3 months to go before I see my order. Again, I want to re-iterate that my order was a single T-Shirt ... not a massive job for a company sized element like some others. They charged me $30 dollars for the shirt, and then see or hear nothing from them for months. It’s a form of theft in my opinion. You take someone’s money and provide them with nothing for it for months on end. How can you just expect the CUSTOMER to be okay with something like that ? Zero communication from your company. Zero effort seen from your company. Zero trust in your company. Shameful, it really is.

Hey there, I am so sorry that we have given off this impression as that is absolutely not the case. There is very much effort going into your custom gear behind the scenes as we work to get it finished up and out the door to you! We completely agree - the delays have been nothing short of ridiculous and we are making changes with our manufacturing to ensure that delays like this do not happen again here at Emblem. Again, the wait has been long but please know that we will absolutely not leave you empty handed and look forward to getting the long awaited gear in your hands here very soon!! :)
