Unbeatable pricing on a top of the line Osaki Maestro, great communication, fantastic service. This is a business, and a salesman, I can recommend without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this company. Found a great chair at Costco but they were sold out, so I looked at the site directly. Wow, expensive but they price matched! Thank you for the price match. Couldn’t have one otherwise. My body will appreciate it!

Heather was first professional, helpful and personable. Questions concerning floor footprint loading and client sizing were immediately address and either directly answered or alternatives suggested and discussed. Though I was quite obviously a buyer I was at no time rushed or disdainfully "lightly" treated. As a "potential" customer I was not fawned over, instead I felt comfortable and, at least to the post-sale point quite satisfied. Now it will be up to the quality and service of both the manufacturer and installer to meet the parameters the "sales force" established.
