Outstanding customer service I was having trouble placing my order on line. I called the 800 number and spoke to the sales rep James he was very helpful and determine that it was the browser that I was using that was causing the problem. I switched to another browser problem resolved. He was very helpful in getting my order completed and was able to answer all of my questions about the product
