So many choices to choice from and no store front to go and try out each chair. After searching the internet and reading about the many types of chairs I decided on the Osaki Pro Maxium After talking to Rhonda at E massage she answered all my questions about the chair. I have no doubt that the chair will be everything I have read and been told about it.

I can't believe I bought something online, big challange for me. My experience was professsional from start to first massage. The sales rep, was consistant in her representation of the product. Rhonda was very helpful in intoducing her company and product to me. Rhonda was not agressive with a canned program. Yet she encouraged me to call back with questions, and I did several times. I also talked with Rick a couple times. Rick was very helpful and encouraged me to complete the order with Rhonda if I wanted to continue with the sale with her, I told him that was my desire. Pricing was competive and fair , good communication after the sale, shipping was right on time and very helpful. Insatallation was good, my neighbor and I manuvered it in the house and set it up. were both seniors so we had to take care when we picked it up to move it. Love the first massage. In all my many years of dealing with companies, no one's service surpasses Rhondas! She was informative, patient, very knowledgable about their products, patient, not pushy to sell me any particular chair, intuitive as to my needs and did I say Patient? I loved the research that Rhonda was willing to do for me to help me decide on the chair that would best suit my needs. She really knows her product. She is a prized customer service employee and deserves a raise no matter what she makes. Rhonda is why i stayed with Emassage Chairs.

Customer service was able to beat the Costco price which enabled us to get the extended warranty. Shipping was blazing fast and product was as described.

Good follow through over multiple calls. Matt has also followed up on delivery. So far, I am very impressed.
