The customer service at Emassage chair was amazing. Initially I was not sure which chair to choose. I called and spoke to Heather, she asked what my areas of concern are that I want the chair to target and she lead me to the OGAWA activeL. I also needed the white glove delivery, EM 2 is the company that provided delivery and they were very professional.

I bought the Svago Newton for my daughter in CA. She suffers from severe whiplash as a result of being rear ended 4 times. Her reaction : “ this chair is Amazing”
