EDIT: WOW! So they appearantly had a system glitch and customers were not actually charged for orders but Elyxr STILL SHIPPED THEM OUT!! After checking my bank account I can confirm that they sent me OVER $650 worth of tables for FREE!! I couldn't believe it!! I'm so amazed at their exceptional service! Any other company would surely have cancelled the orders and sent out an email about the glitch!! So clearly I'm not concerned about the Generic RX tablets below 😂 they were only $97 out of like $650+ worth of orders I got for Free!! This has really helped me soooo much! I can't thank them enough!! I still cannot believe it!! Thanks again Elyxr!!!🙏❤️ Great products except for one that was very bad! I've received all 3 of my orders now and my mom ordered me some and I've also received that. I'm VERY happy with all of the products except the Generic RX tablets. They made me feel verrrry bad and weird! My heart was beating fast and my whole body felt very heavy and like waves of pressure kept coming over my whole body and everytime I closed my eyes I would get a terrible headache! I don't know what's in them but they are not good! I've tried basically all the brands and I've NEVER experienced something so bad! I should have known better from the name lol Generic RX?? But the deal was good and it was BOGO so I figured I'd try it! I got 3 bottles and sadly I will not take anymore of them! I will NEVER EVER take another Generic RX tablet! But this is not Elyxrs fault so they still get 5 stars but I would very much so appreciate it if I could return these? Only one bottle is opened and only one table taken out of it. I've contacted Elyxr through the live chat and am currently waiting on a response. My mom contacted them yesterday and they replied today so hopefully they will let me return these! They are so awful! I do not recommend anyone to ever try Generic RX! ALL of the other products I ordered are amazing!! 👍🌟 I'll definitely be ordering more soon! My latest order was placed on the 4th and I received it today the 10th so pretty fast delivery! And I'm all the way across the country from them! Overall I'm very happy with everything except the Generic RX tablets! ⚠️ And the order is not showing up in my dashboard cuz I ordered before I created an account. Placed an order over a week ago. They are quick to take your money but I have had no interaction from them since . Is this a real company? Will I get my money back? Wish I knew the answer My money was refunded. Thank you

I ordered $180 worth of products on July 3rd and a hold was placed because my ID was needed so I emailed it to them and sent msg and haven't got a response yet but my money was taken off my card and it shows on website my order still on hold

Horrendously untrained and rude customer rep contacted me in regards to opening a wholesale account, refused to assist me because he didn’t understand the laws and regulations relating to the classification of my company and its location. He was very rude and repeatedly interrupted me instead of listening to anything I had to say.

UPDATE: I’ve heard from customer support and they are now communicating with me. Once I receive a tracking number & my merchandise I will update my review once again. Thanks for your prompt response.

By far the worst customer service ever. They literally don't have any. You can't call and talk to anyone,ever. The shipping can take weeks and guess what? There's absolutely nothing you can do about it and they couldn't Care less. I will be er be doing any more business with this nut house

Placed an order 10 business days ago, 12 days total. Immediately reached out to both AgeChecker.net AND Elyxr's customer service with my order number after my web browser blocked the age verification process. Heard back from AgeChecker within the day that I would have to reach out to the company I ordered from (which I already had). Additionally, I tried to reach out to the Customer Service chat on their website (received auto generated emails about). About 2 days later, I received an auto generated "Age Verification Requested from Elyxr" and completed it the same day, but did not receive any other response. The shipping policy on Elyxr's website states: "all orders are shipped within 3 to 6 business days." Additionally, if you attempt to reach out to them via the chat on their website, or via the support email, both will generate an auto-reply to your email address stating they will respond within 1 business day. 2 days ago, approximately 8 full business days since placing my order, I emailed them again, with the information I'm writing here, and including my order number, and asking for an update on the status of my order. Once again, I received an auto-reply response stating "Our support team is reviewing your request and will be in touch within 24 hours, Monday through Friday". And yet, I emailed on a Wednesday, it is now Friday, and I have not received any response. Additionally, due to the amount I spent, my order qualified for "Free Priority Shipping" (the order confirmation email also shows, "Fast Ship Option: Yes"). I have checked my email and my spam folders regularly, and have not received any shipment information; I have USPS Priority Shipping, and there has not been any new shipment information in the USPS system. And, I guess I can understand if the Age Verification issue delayed my order, however, I completed the Age Verification 7 full business days ago (which is beyond the time specified in their shipping policy). PLUS my order qualified for "Free Priority Shipping" and specified "Fast Ship Option: Yes" on my order confirmation, and I have still not received any response from the company regarding my order. Per the Elyxr Customer Service "Chat bot" on the site [Zen Desk Chat]: "Thanks! We've created a support ticket for you. You'll receive a reply by email as soon as one of our agents is available. Our service hours are Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM PST." So, I'd love to hear something from a human regarding my order, but all I've received are auto-generated responses, telling me someone will contact me during their business hours, and DAILY auto Marketing emails (which become very frustrating, when you've heard nothing about your order). Additionally, per the "Contact Us" section of the site: "Contact us via Live Chat for Quickest Reply" - it is not even a "live chat" [I have attempted to contact the chat again, as it is during their business hours currently]; and, "You can reach us via text message M-F between 9am-6pm PST, but please allow 5-6 hours for a response" - there is NO Phone Number LISTED Anywhere. So if anyone even sees this, I'd love to hear any update regarding my order, hopefully from a human and not auto-generated.

Easy/safe process of purchasing, customer service was unbelievable in this day and age as far as being treated like someone they actually wanted to make happy and not just charge, 10/10 all around great business and great employees
