Customer service is a joke! Tried to cancel an order after it hadn't shipped after 5 days. No response until after it was shipped! Then the buy 2 get 1 free wasn't honored because they gave me a 15% discount as a new user! So they never sent the free bottle! Ridiculous! Steer clear of this company!!!

I would give zero stars. I ordered a product from them and they shipped a lower quality product that cost more and rather than refunding they offered a despicable store credit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY BAIT AND SWITCH THEIR PRODUCTS. You left a reply but no way to contact you do if you'd like to fix this problem, put a way to contact you and then I can explain exactly what happened and see if you agree with the despicable offer they gave

Made my second order with Elyxr over $500. The product I bought was in a buy one get one free sale on their website. They emailed me a 15 percent off coupon after my first order. At checkout I applied the 15 percent offer. I purchased 8 items that were buy one get one. Verified that my cart had 16 items. And checked out. They only sent me the 8 items and canceled the buy one get one free sale since I applied the coupon they sent me. Even though my cart still said 16 items at check out. Customer service offered me a 15 dollar credit after removing $500 worth of merchandise that I bought. And are choosing not to make it right. I chose to spend that same $500 with another company today and will Continue to give my business to someone else if this is how they treat customers.

Tried to make a second purchase and the website will not accept any of my cards. I’ve tried 4 different ones that are all working so I know it’s not on my end. I messaged customer service Saturday and as of Monday end of day I have yet to receive a follow up. Add that onto the amount of out of stock products shown is significantly more than what is in stock I would buy somewhere else.

The website is buggy- their age verification system has messed up and told me an order failed, causing me to retry the order, only to just send me two orders and charging me twice. However, this is not why I am writing this review. I ordered some mushroom gummies from them. When the package arrived (actually, two packages because their buggy-ass website did that thing I was talking about) there was a free sample of something called "STAX next generation mitragynine blend" included with my order. I looked up what mitragynine was, assuming it was some kind of psychoactive chemical found in mushrooms, but instead I discovered that this is basically just a fancy word for kratom, which is (as you probably already know) notoriously addictive. The sample was very high potency. Now, if you're already using the stuff I'm not going to judge you, but sending ambiguously labeled free samples of a very potent and addictive substance alongside orders that have nothing to do with kratom is an extremely predatory business practice and I am quite frankly disgusted. I will never be ordering from Elyxr again and I advise you to do the same.

The shipping label was created almost a week ago and my order has not shipped!! They are ignoring my messages also! I've chatted with them many times but now that my order hasn't shipped they are ignoring me! 😡 Don't know what's going on but I want my order!!!! Ordered from them recently and waited 3 weeks and the items never shipped. During the three weeks I reached out multiple times and never got a response on when my order was going to ship or if it was ever going to ship at that point. Finally filed for a refund and my refund was received today, but I find it so strange that they never once reached out to me to tell me what was going on or why 3 weeks went by and my items never shipped. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. I think they’re using too much of their own products

I made a $500 order and after 10 days of it being not shipped I reached out to see what was up. No reply after multiple attempts and I had to jump through hoops to cancel the order through the bank and get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!
