So heres the deal. They have really good deals, and the products are ok. No complaints on product or the deals they have, that part is top notch. Was the main issues are it will take forever for their product to get to you. For instance, I ordered over a week ago and hopefully it comes in tomorrow. The tracking number says tomorrow but thats also failed me before. Sometimes its taken 2 weeks to get it. The other problem is customer service is all by email and ive noticed they kind of only respond when they feel like it.

Product was ok. Shipping timing was good... Except for customer service & whoever packed my order! I ordered & Paid a bunch of $$$$ for 5 boxes & was only sent 2!! I didn't have the shipping label still available to show them & when they checked their records it said they had sent me all the boxes! Which was completely inaccurate!! Pay BETTER attention when it comes to people spending their HARD earned, precious $ in your store next time!! I got totally jipped & just had to accept it eat it, unfortunately!! HUGE mistake on their end! BIG chunk of $ on my end! 👎🏼 Thx a lot Elyxr for correcting your mistake... Unfortunately, NOT the case..

Where is my order? It's been well over a week since I placed and paid for my order. Where is it? Took days to even receive an order number. I don't know where my product is or when it will get here. Frustrating.

Edit though your email communication and response is awful along with 17 days for shipping. Nothing I ordered was sent to me, which I get cause I clicked can substitute but no communication about the switch. I changed to 2 stars cause the surprise gift was very generous. And my substitute products were good. But 17 days shipping and communication has to be better. I've had nothing but issues talking to someone. No info on my order but they were quick to charge my account. I've reported fraud to me bank.

Customer service is unresponsive. I emailed them on Tuesday. It said I'll receive a response within 24 hours. By Friday, still no response. Also emailed Thursday with the same message because the email could have been overlooked. Neither one was responded to and it's Saturday so I won't get a reply til Monday by the earliest. Lost business from me because no Customer Service means not a good business to deal with if issues arrise.

Elyxr products are great. No complaints there. The shipping and order fulfillment is awful. Unfortunately, living in CO, I don’t have a ton of choices to get products sent to my area. Elyxr does ship here though so I thought, “Great! This will be my new go-to” All but one order of mine has been smooth and delivered fairly quickly.. One time, my order was never fulfilled at all but it was paid for so when they realized it hadn’t been packaged or shipped, there was no apology or sense of urgency to right a wrong. Another time, the order took 2 weeks, and most recently, I’m checking the tracking and it’s currently saying my package is supposed to arrive tonight by 9pm an it’s showing that it was in Denver 2 days ago (makes sense) and that it is now in VA?! If it’s in VA, it’s definitely not going to be here today and why on the world did it go to VA when it was literally 4 hours away from my home 2 days ago? They don’t keep good track of shipping and making sure customers get their orders in a timely fashion and to me, that’s bad business. No discounts or even an apology when your waiting way longer than just about any other place I used to be able to order from. And I have to suck it up because I don’t have a wide range of options. If you live where they aren’t trying to shut the industry down, order from somewhere else to ensure you have what you need in a reasonable time period.

Placed an order and 5 days later they emailed me and told me my product was out of stock. I told them I was willing to switch the flavor and waited almost 3 weeks before it was shipped. Very slow all around from shipping to communication. The product i got was subpar and overpriced. Took over a month for me to receive my product from when I first placed my order

I used a specific credit card for Elyxr's site and never used it anywhere else. It was locked to their processor only. On 11/5 and 11/7 this credit card was used on DoorDash and NetworkISA.org as well as Jollibee. I emailed them and received no response. Aside from that I do like their products, and they give good service, but hard to get past this security issue.
