Im not one to leave reviews unless im really impressed! Im really impressed with this company. It's so hard to find good customer service anymore but they have hot it out of the park with their customer service. I got a response with in a few hours and it was on a holiday weekend and it wasn't just a standard "by the book" response. Next thing I was impressed with was the shipping. It was so fast. It was here b4 some other companies I've ordered from send me a your package has shipped email. And if course the product was amazing and packaged very well. Honestly Im one that reads the reviews but rarely writes one unless I feel i have something to write about!!! Great job guys! Keep up the good work. You've definitely won me over!!! Thank you!

First order. Great taste. Fresh, you can tell. I am so lucky to have found Elyxr. Thank you so much No issue, quickly and prompt.

I used a specific credit card for Elyxr's site and never used it anywhere else. It was locked to their processor only. On 11/5 and 11/7 this credit card was used on DoorDash and NetworkISA.org as well as Jollibee. I emailed them and received no response. Aside from that I do like their products, and they give good service, but hard to get past this security issue.

I placed my first order with this company. $191.00. A sizeable order. Especially for my first time. While in the process, the age verification asked for a copy of my DL. No problem. I have it saved in my phone. The age verification brought up the camera to take a pic. Like I said, I already have it saved. I attempted to find out of there was an option to upload. While doing this I exited out of age verification. Apparently there no way back. I completed my order and immediately sent an email. " I exited without pic of ID. HHow do I get back there?" Verbatim. The response I got was an automated one. "we're sorry your order was denied by age checker. We'll issue a refund or store credit." Didn't I just ask how to go back and verify? For the next hour I sent them, copy of DL and copy of order. They responded they have no order with my name or email. THEY HAVE THE ORDER IN FRONT OF THEM!! There's an order number. I get another automated message that age checker denied my order. I finally had to ask them to stop sending me automated messages and respond to me like I'm a human being. Which they finally did. She asked if I had another name or email She may be able to locate another order where age checker verified. Like i said. This is my first order. And, the order is in front of them. There's an order number on it. She followed with, as it stands this order has been denied. At this point I lost my patience and told them exactly what I thought of them. They responded with, I'm sorry you had a less than great experience. I laughed. I finished with. No. Not less than great. A complete failure of your company. I have all the emails to verify every word of this.

Don’t not I repeat DO NOT ORDER from these shady people I ordered something from them October 15 and it’s still saying shipping label created tried to contact these shady people and I get someone saying they sick I asked well can I get a refund no response I’m calling my bank I feel fraud with this company and I will contact law enforcement also

Never got my order, and their “customer service” was absolutely useless, and they never bothered to check the delivery status showing it had seemed to disappear. All I got were excuses. It was obvious after two weeks I’d never get it, and it took them another 10 days after I proved it to them for them to ask if I wanted it reshipped.Absolutely NO. Like I’d EVER trust them again 🤪😂.

This review is for my first order ever from this business. I have nothing but positive things to say. They have an immaculate and large array of items to choose from. Secondly, I was blown away regarding the shipping time. It was shipped out the exact same day the order was placed . And it ended up arriving two days later with a bonus gift inside. I will never shop anywhere else. Their products are extremely good quality just as advertised.

Currently dealing with a missing package. I placed an order a week ago and it's been in pre-shipment since then. This means they never delivered my order to USPS even though, after chatting with customer service, they said they have already shipped it out. UPDATE: Elyxr did some extensive work on figuring this out and I'm very grateful. They have offered to upgrade my shipping and include a freebie in a show of apology for the mistake. Mistakes happen and I'm so happy that they figured this out and are willing to rectify it. Still waiting on the package but, when it arrives and I'm sure it will, I will update. Thank you Elyxr UPDATE: Package was delivered, like I knew it would be, however it didn't include the freebie product as promised by Andres. The packing slip showed my original order and that's it. So, while I did receive what I paid for, I didn't receive the concession as promised by Elyxr to show their contrition for the mistake they made which resulted in a considerable delay in my order and for the frustration I experienced dealing with this company.
