They lie, they scam. Sell defective products and when I returned them they said it wasn't there's. I bought 3 7 gram vapes. All 3 stopped working and they refunded me for only 1 when I returned 2.

The order came fully melted. Very disappointing, as when I reached out to customer service they suggested cooling them down and pulling it apart (easier said than done. Also, for 150mg D8, they hit more like 5mg.

Nothing went wrong you have a fantastic website and a great selection of products. Only problem is that you guys don't ship internationally, so leaves no option only to go to drug dealers. Which sucks .. but customer service is great 👍 well done

I love Elyxr. I always get great deals. If they're ever out of a strain, they text me and ask what I'd like instead. When they have sales, everything super cheap. I'm very happy with everything.

They are not able to find an envelope, put in two small items, print a label and mail it within 5 days after the order was placed. Dont waste your time with this place. And now they want to waste more of my time with another order they won't bother to ship. Not happening! Customers shouldn't have to chase their orders down! When you get paid for a product, you send the product. Make an honest effort to do so in a timely manner. Then you can ask people to do business with you again. Now go away. You're getting annoying. Funny you say you made the decision not to continue doing business with me! After I ask here that you leave me alone and go away! That decision was made when you took my money, didn't ship my product and didn't follow instructions by calling the phone I have in my hand, right here all day. Had I not contacted you, you'd still have my money, and I'd not know any of this. Now I know enough about you.

Best company I’ve ordered from…I placed an order last Friday around 5pm and I already have it. I live in Charleston, South Carolina too. My house is literally 10 minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean and for me to get my package via USPS before it has even been a week is AMAZING. Also on Monday a team member texted me that USPS should update the shipment soon due to me ordering around closing time from them on Friday but they still made my order and took it to USPS that day because Monday morning usps accepted my package at their facility and was waiting logistically I’m sure since they literally had to ship my package all the way across the country. I ordered the 20mg, 30mg, and the 50mg🔥 7staxxs 7 hydroxy tablets and these babies are exactly what I have been looking for. Also I see people upset with texting a picture of yourself with your id for verification purposes. Most say they are worried about scammers but scammers can literally pay a $10-20$ fee for monthly subscriptions for “background checks” and all you need is a phone number to be able to see your address unless you have moved within the past year then it will show your previous address, date of birth, arrests/tickets etc.. I’ve seen my family/relatives on those platforms with my moms name, dads name, my brothers name like literally a family tree. It’s 2025 guys and if people really want to get your info they would’ve already done it. I love the texting process which is how I received a link today for a review because I asked for a review link by texting the same number that previously texted me this week confirming that usps will ship my package within the next 24 hours. 10 out of 5 stars from y’all’s favorite South Carolina customer😉🥰
