Almost $500 gone. Made 2 separate orders almost 2 weeks ago and received nothing. They used to be on the ball. Fast shipping and great customer service. Now no communication at all. Gonna have to take this up with my bank. I finally received an email a couple of days ago saying they were out of a certain favor and asked if I wanted to swap it. Said sure and now I'm ghosted. I've spent so much money with them over the last couple of months the least they could do is refund my money.

Me and my gf made a purchase on 12/29/25. We spent over one hundred dollars on thca flower. We have tried many times to get some sort of confirmation on our order but keep getting ignored. Not even a f-you, we got your money email back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ELYXR! THEY TAKE YOU'RE $$ AND SEND NO PRODUCT. FAKE COMPANY. SCAM!

Absolute bullshit! Now first I have ordered from Elyxr in the past with no problems. I don’t know what is going on recently but this is now my second order I’m having an issue with. I paid for PRIORITY shipping 5 days ago and my items still haven’t been shipped! Can’t get ANY response from anyone via email.. “text message”.. live chat… NOTHING!! Worst customer service EVER!! I can’t believe these people! Whatever they’re up to isn’t good.. keep your money

Shipping is terrible. This last order is my final straw. I've opened a chat help 3xs with no response and sent 3 emails all have gone unanswered. I ordered 12/30 and it's 1/7 with no shipping yet or tracking. I've opened a dispute to try and get my money back. There shipping is always 7-10 days when they actually give you a tracking number.

Only my first order but so far as my initial experience, their customer service & support has been better than a lot of companies offering similar products, especially considering the holidays, product arrived timely & no complaints

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. My husband and I placed 2 orders and canceled one. They ended up sending us the order that we cancelled instead of the one we kept. We placed another order while still dealing with the fact we got the wrong order. They were so nice and decided to credit us $75 on our new order. Then all of the sudden tried to say they never received payment for the last order we placed and either wanted the $75 back or the rest of the amount on the order paid when we had clearly already paid full price and then got the credit. Should have been no problem since we already paid but we had to argue with customer service for 3 days before they finally sent the order out. We pay extra for faster shipping every time and it’s already past the date we should have gotten it and they just sent it out. It’s just problem after problem with them so we will no longer be using them. Hope no one else has this problem because it’s very frustrating and time consuming.

How these people only have 3.5 star overall rating is beyond me, I have been using them for more than a year, also I am in the South, Listen these people are on their shit 10000000% I order at least once a week. I have only had one issue when a missing item happened they had it replaced in no joke 3 days, Literally 3 days they made it right. Sometimes they will throw in an extra item just because, I’m blown away over these ratings, because they have been my sole provider for a year now, with absolutely noooooo issues, I highly, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Again if you have any issues all you have to do is reach out, They will make it right. Not only that but they have theeee absolute best products with the best prices, Buy 2 get one , Bogo items…. They always have coupons available to use all you have to do is search. Customer service deserves five stars, their products deserve five stars. They are a five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ business no doubt

One thing I really appreciate with these guys is that they really try to get your order out same day. When I place an order, i immediately email and request that they nudge the order along. They always respond with: "we will try to nudge the warehouse along to help insure it goes out same day". It always does. The other reason is that they're in house 80mg tabs are top notch true 80mg lab tested. There is no other site out there that can beat the price on these true 80mg tabs. Trust me, I've shopped every site and have received many rip off tabs and powders. The only improvement id ask, is that they offered the special Saturday delivery option with the ups next day air. Currently if ordered late Thursday or on Fri, i have to wait till mon to receive my order. Other than that, these guys are top notch with prices, lab tested true to mg and getting orders out same day. I've noticed that when they are out of stock on my usual tabs, their buy one get one deals are close, which still makes them cheaper than any other site with quality in mg.
