Unusable app and broken support The El Pollo Loco app is completely broken and impossible to log into, no matter what email or phone number you try. I've tried creating new accounts and using multiple family members' devices, but nothing works. On top of that, the support page doesn't even function, so there’s no way to report the issue. I haven’t eaten at El Pollo Loco in over a year because of this, and until they fix this garbage app, They're trying to match original logins with phone numbers, if it doesn't match it won't allow you to log in. The point is people change their phone numbers and people change their emails. I won't be back.

I love their crispy chicken taco.

Staff was friendly, fast service, but the food was not that good. Tacos were mediocre and the rice was the worst I have ever had. DRY! Beans were alright.

The food I received was colorful, fresh and delicious! I also loved how the flan is packed. Super good and affordable.

Chicken soup was horrible today. Very thick and only a couple of little pieces of chicken. It wasn’t like that before. I’m very disappointed

hola, en mi caso todo estuvo bien, el servicio y la comida. he visto algunos comentarios que dicen que no les fue muy bien, no se en que sentido pero a i parecer no hubo problemas.

Apparently the employees at El Pollo Loco are blind!!! Seeving tostado salads with month old avocado and brown lettuce!!! avocado slices looked like shoe brown leather! The lettuce was brown and hidden under sour cream! Half of the tostada shell was empty on the bottom!
