We rented a 23’ C class from El Monte in McKinney, TX. Couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to end. The RV was clean, equipped and safe. We had a fantastic RV Thanksgiving family trip. I would advise that you watch all videos provided via email from El Monte regarding equipment operation. The functions are not difficult, but if you’ve never used an RV before, the videos and instruction they provide will set your mind at ease.

Customer Service backing their product
FANNIE MADE IT GREAT! the campervan had some water issues and I lost a day of travel having to take the van back to El Monte to be repaired. Fannie was there to greet me first thing and problem resolved. Upon my return she was also there to greet me and we resolve a couple of minor issues that happened on the trip. The experience was positive, friendly and fair. I will rent from this location again.

We appreciate your positive feedback. We are glad the issues with the campervan were resolved quickly and that your experience was positive and fair. We look forward to your next rental at our location! Thank you for shouting out Fannie!
