What a great (and rare) experience. Everything from the user- friendly website for research and booking process, to the polite and helpful staff at the San Bernardino location (shout out to Gio). This was my first time renting an RV (23 Ft. Four Winds) and a test for me to see if I want to do an extended trip this summer. The booking confirmation email provided a link to a very thorough and easy to understand overview of the RV, including how to hook-up to shore power/water, and how to empty tanks. Kudos to the communication team who put this together for doing an outstanding job. The same information was provided in electronic written form after we took custody of the vehicle, and we referred to it more than once during our trip when we could not remember how to do something. The material is user friendly and thorough. The RV was ready for pick up early and Gio helped us through the administration process then provided an in-person overview of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. I left the rental facility feeling confident and excited about the next 5 days with a trip to Death Valley for the super bloom! The trip went perfectly, and we had zero issues. The RV was comfortable and everything worked as expected. The return process was easy and a few hours after I got home, I realized I left something in the deep center console and called. It had already been discovered in the cleaning process and was waiting for me. This speaks to honesty of the team. I highly recommend El Monte RV (San Bernardino branch) for your RV rental needs.

Very helpful and friendly, the whole process was smooth

GOOD EXPERIENCE The RV was ready for check out when I arrived, and the walk-through was helpful, though as an experienced RVer I didn't need a whole lot. Check in was also easy and quick. The staff person was friendly and helpful,

First time motorhome renter and El Monte RV couldn't have made the trip any better. The motorhome was clean, easy to drive, and the help lone had someone out to fix a tire in no time.

Serious company - the rental process was clear and smooth, vehicles were relatively recent and clean. We thought the kits (kitchen & bedding) were overpriced but otherwise we were very satisfied with our experience and would use EL Monte in the future.

The staff at the pick up and drop off was very nice. Everything were good with our class B camper van. Amazing trip would do it again any time!

Accueil du personnel très sympathique, prise en main rapide, Check in facile. Quelques défauts malheureusement sur le véhicule ne gênant pas le fonctionnement global mais au détriment du confort). Je recommande quand même
