ElleSilkReviews of ellesilk.com

Very good quality , nice color I really loved the product I received

fast shipping for a shipment from China to Europe, good product

This review is about ordering bed linen and sleeping shirts at ElleSilk. The overall experience it very good. The shop is easy to use; finding and ordering worked well and one can often find coupons, in my case to spare shipment costs. Shipment itself was within the announced time and everything arrived in good shape. The products: Material and workmanship is of really high quality. We are more than satisfied. Colors are super close to what is presented online (which is rare). Finally the only negative part: Before ordering I sent questions to customer service using the online form. - I never received an answer. While one question was about future options, the other one was in direct relation to my order and an answer could have helped a lot.

Perfect quality of products! But terrible experience with distribution and communication. Waiting for order 1 month, no answers....

I purchased a pair of the ultra-soft silk pajama bottoms and am delighted with the fit, colour, and quality. They arrived beautifully packaged as well, perfect as a gift. Really happy and will buy again!

I love my new duvet! Was going back and forth on whether to get it or not, and which version to get. Ended up reaching out to customer service and was pleasantly surprised at how prompt and helpful they are - Thank you!

The delivery was quick. The quality of the silk was really good. It came in beautiful packaging.

I have owned a silk matress pad for many years. I helps me stay cool and comfortable on my memory foam mattress throughout the year. I recently purchased a split King adjustable bed and needed two twin XLong mattress pads. I found that Elle Silk had the size when other did not. It arrived in a very secure package. Elle Silk protected the pads very well from any moisture. The fabric and weave were beautiful. I was a shame to cover them with sheets. the pad fit my memory foam mattress perfectly. My first night was very nice and comfortable. Looking forward to many nights of comfort.
