Poor quality sewing. 2.5 stars rounded up. Both the pyjama bottoms of the 2 sets I purchased had the elastic switched around the wrong way, making the waistband lumpy. In addition, the silk was of poorer quality than that from other suppliers of silk pajamas I have used in the past. Though the service was prompt and the designs nice, I certainly won't be purchasing again from this company.

Die Qualität der Ware ist sehr gut. Aber bei Rücksendungen muss man die Portokosten ins Ausland selbst übernehmen. Der Kundenservice reagiert zwar zeitnah, ist aber nicht hilfreich. Mein Rücksendegrund „Passform/Größe nicht passend“ wurde als portofreie Rücksendung nicht akzeptiert. Aus diesem Grund würde ich von einer Bestellung abraten. Zudem sind vorab die Versandkosten von über 18€ nicht ersichtlich.

Sizes for Europeans are problematic. When you have to retour, you pay again a high amount of toll and delivery. You dont get a full refund. You can get a bit higher store refund, but using the refund leads to having to pay an expesss delivery fee of nearly 20 Dollars additionally, since your bucket goes below 50 Dollar. So with one retour your final price gets about 40 percent higher. I do understand compansating normal shipment costs, but these costs are included in the prices shown already. So only because I pay with my refunded money I am forced to take an express delivery that isnt really faster than the normal one. Service is friendly, but can or will not help.

Was not a great experience, unfortunately. Bought a set of silk pajama in July for my husband’s birthday which is in September. The reason I bought it earlier was because during the Covid period, the shipping from overseas could take ages and was so unpredictable, to avoid it happening again I decided to take action as early as possible. Unfortunately, we found the pajama was too big when he opened it up on his birthday, then I contacted the supplier to see if I could change and was told No because it was exceeded the 30 days return/exchange policy. So now I have to think about how to sell it since it’s useless for us but brand new. I hope this company would be more considerate on the customer’s situation in the future.

Decided to try something new for PJs. Comfortable enough, which they should be for the price! Delivery took an awfully long time. Very well made, that’s for sure, so at least there’s that! The color is beautiful too. I purchased olive green. The cami could use adjustable straps too, especially for the price. It’s a bit too long on me so I have to put a knot in it. $150 pjs should have ever possible accessory.

Ordered 1 silk pajama set and 2 silk pajama pants. The colors were rich and the fabric was lovely however the pants were shorter than I wanted and when I wanted to return them for a custom length pant, it took me 3 emails to find out the return address was China. Did not want to deal with customs and additional postage so keeping them. Unless you are sure of the sizes and or ok with keeping it no matter what consider a domestic company.

The product was beautiful but the delivery was poor and delayed because your chosen courier would not deliver to a PO Box. Many people who have apartments use PO Boxes for delivery. You should switch to Australia Post
