Was an easy online shopping experience, however I didn’t see the tracking information because it was sent to my junk mail.

I ordered two pillowcases so that my wife could try out their product. They arrived more quickly than expected, and she could not be more thrilled with them. I will be ordering the rest of the set in time for Christmas.

This is the only shop that had exactly the right sizes for my needs. The products are high quality, delivered in promised time and were exactly as ordered.

I purchased PJs in black silk - made to order. Ellesilk took the trouble to check whether the measurements I had given were accurate. They produced excellent delicious PJs I feel like a millionaire in F Scott Fitzgerald

Excellent product although no size on the duvet package to check it was correct. Delivery rather fraught as they email to say it was shipped with tracking but said tracking never got any closer for 16 days and emails to them were answered and then not answered. The duvet then suddenly is delivered with the tracking still saying it hadn't moved!

I made two orders. One on Amazon which arrived within days. It was the silk blanket. It is really a thing of beauty. Expensive but gorgeous. The second order was for silk fitted sheets. They too are lovely. i got them some years ago and they were excellent. They took a really long time to arrive and the tracker didn't work. Consumer services were very helpful

Second purchase and just as good as the first. Order shipped very promptly, delivery was quick and as expected the gown was very well made, silk very soft and color was perfect.
