Nice product and good quality and price

I found the shoes I wanted easily and the price was very reasonable. The confirmation email took longer than other sites but that aside I was very happy with my experience and as long as the shoes are as advertised I will be overjoyed.

So far so good. Don't like default 'insurance' being added (in lieu of a delivery charge?) tho' it's possible to decline if you're 'on the ball'. Reviews are more appropriate once you've received the goods!

Easy to place my order but a size guide chart would be helpful

I ordered a dimmable light from Ellese and Co and when it arrived it was NOT dimmable and was damaged due to really poor packaging and having traveled from china. The light was intended as a nightlight for our hall but without a dimmer it is very bright and not fit for purpose. Ellese and Co first offered 10% refund, then 20%, then 50% and then decided to suggest replacing it with another Non-dimmable light and ignoring the fact it wasn't dimmable. Every time I was extremely robust in requesting a refund as per their policy. A point to note that their website and policy makes a big point of 30day money back guarantee. Absolutely not! After 5 email exchanges it was clear they were not going to offer me a refund and so i had to pursue getting the money back through a charge back claim, still ongoing. This company miss-advertises their products and then sells an inferior product, then tried to buy you off with a small % refund. I would strongly advise that nobody use this website.
