Worst experience. The delivery came way after the expected time frame (I ordered it almost 4 weeks before a dress up party and it arrived 2 weeks after). I asked for a postage paid return slip and they refused to pay return postage despite their terrible customer service. Avoid this company.

Initially the website looked good and we found what we wanted and ordered it. The web site said 24/48 hours delivery from London store. I was tracking the item and it said return to sender as address not right. I queried this and verified the address was correct. The item still didn't arrive and after many emails I was not getting an answer. I was beginning to become suspicious this item was coming from China and never got an answer to my direct question as to the country of origin. Eventually after 4 weeks it arrived and the packaging was Singapore Airlines! So a long way from the London store. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will certainly not use them again.

Stay away, total Scammers.. Ordered a SSD and after almost 2 weeks a very poor quality item arrived that didn't work. I made a complaint & asked for a refund, however they refused & said their policy was to send a replacement. That was the 9th October, it's now the 23rd of October and I neither have a refund or a replacement item and they are now refusing to reply to my emails. I now intend passing on my complaint to my card provider, and advise everyone to avoid this company. Save you efforts and simply throw your money down the toilet...

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! They are rip-off merchants. I had an email from them clearly stating that my thermal food pot I ordered would include a thermal bag. It did not and now they are trying to say the pot I ordered does not include a bag. SCAMMERS.

Do not buy from this company. The website misleads the buyer into the belief that it is a British company, it is not. The goods' description was misleading. The packaging was so poor that the goods were damaged. Despite their 30 day money back guarantee, they do not facilitate returns and offer a paltry amount for you not to return the goods. Despicable. Interestingly, the reply below is identical to the one to my first review. An initial offer of 10% back, now risen to 30% is derisory. 100% refund is what it should be. I do not want credit. I have NO intention of buying again.
