It was very difficult to trace the article we wanted. The product description lacked detail, e.g. what type of material, did not clarify if the product was lined, etc. Insufficient close up images of the article. The article was quite poorly presented It was a nightmare trying to complete the purchase administrively - I almost 'gave up.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Instead of a full refund, I was offered 10% off a coat that doesn't fit.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!! If you have a dispute they will not give the full refund due to you!!! I Purchased a phone cover for a brand new iPhone. The cover would not go on the phone any which way. Ellesse first asked for photos and then a video. Then came back with either a 30% refund plus keep the cover (which is absolutely no use to me) or a store credit, but I don’t want anything else and why would I want to spend more with an absolutely terrible company. There website says 30 day money back guarantee which gave me confidence to order…… WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!! This is another message from Ellesse, I am so cross!!! People PLEASE AVOID!!!!!
