Total Rip-Off – Refusing Full Refund for Misleading Item! Avoid this company! I bought a raincoat that is completely different from what was advertised. I sent photos proving it doesn't match their website, but they refuse to give me a full refund. Instead, they have dragged out the process over countless emails, trying to force me into taking a partial refund or store credit, or demanding that I pay for return postage myself.

Ordering was easy I liked the design of the product and you gave more information about the product than Amazon

I purchased an external hard drive that in retrospect was too good to be true. They offered a 128TB external SSD for around £40. If never arrived. When I checked the add out it said it was likely a scam as a drive that large would have cost thousands. Despite repeated attempts for a refund I keep being told that he item was delivered and the courier says it was delivered, bug not evidence to support this claim. I’ve been told to take it up with the courier and check with my neighbours. Please don’t fall for this. One victim is one too many

Holy moley this mob are scammers, and they've really peeved me right off. Ordered and paid $220.00AUD for a 'Smart Toaster', with a few bells and whistles, only to receive, three weeks later, a toaster that our local $2 shop would refuse to sell here in Australia. A piece of tin, with a cord. As with all the other 1 star reviews here, my situation is exactly the same as theirs. But I've still got the toaster. I haven't sent it back to China yet. Having finally discovered these reviews, I won't bother. Instead, I'm going to contact all the companies who work from their registered address. Then, once I work out who has an interest in this little venture, I'm going to do my damndest to shut them down. And Sarah, from Customer Care (or anyone else from Customer Care, for that matter), DON'T you DARE post your template response to this review. It is utterly insulting that you lot partake in this charade, and continue to engage with your well meaning customers after you've ripped them off. You're disgraceful.
