The process was great!!
What made the processing experience great was the ordering and how easy it was. I was excited about it that I accidentally order two quantities. I hope to get a refund for the second pair. I’m looking forward to wearing them! 💐

Scam company. Avoid.
The item I ordered never turned up, instead I got something else delivered to me. When I emailed customer services they ghosted me. Now I have lost the money I paid and got some crappy bag that I didn't want. Scam company. Avoid.

I was taken by surprise the product was charged in US dollars as I thought it was an AUS company given the prices were in AUD NOT USD
I was taken by surprise the product was advertised in Australian dollars but charged to my card in US dollars??? I thought I was dealing with an Australian company so your logo Ellese and Co Aussie Way is very misleading! But I trust the product will arrive safely as I paid extra for shipping insurance... Fingers crossed!! Thanks
