An order was placed by mistake, I explained this, asked for a refund before the order was processed and they still went ahead and sent the item and charged me. I am in a current dispute with them just to get my money back. It was a mistake I asked for a refund in time before it was sent from a warehouse and now instead of taking my feelings and views into consideration the try to offer me money off in there store. I live in the UK and am disabled the cost of living is very hard. Please just refund my money I have done everything you asked.

Hi its just a fraud and they even don't comply with their own policy. Send the defective product shoes without insert. And now saying I have to pay for return postage od £30. The only good thing about this company is the photos of the product but when they actually comes it's all crushed and poor quality. So be aware and buy at your own risk as such you will get response from AI generated emails every time you contact them and try to give you discounts and store credit. I don't write that long reviews but on principle I have done it as its a complete scam...
