UPDATE: after being told I never paid and having to provide proof of payment, I got an email saying the item was out of stock and they were “willing” to provide a refund. The item still shows in stock online, and it shouldn’t take two weeks and me reaching out to them on multiple platforms for them to realize something is unavailable. I ordered a pair of sunglasses 2 weeks ago. They were one of the handmade pairs, so I expected it to take a little while but I have gotten no updates. Despite reaching out to their customer service email and on instagram. My card was charged immediately. Most brands will not charge your card until shipping which is making me worried I’ve been scammed.

I had a defective pair of glasses sent but contacted customer service immediately, they were very understanding of the issue and made it right by sending a new pair. Very happy with my experince.

My glasses look great. I get lots of compliments. They were affordable as well. When I needed a replacement nose pad, they sent a new one just for the price of shipping. Great service.

Sent us items that where scratched up. It took them a few days but they got back to me and helped get my new order sent out. My wife is very happy with her pair im just sad the magnetic shade adjustable attachment doesn't fit the glasses smoothly even with new thinner lenses put in but the glasses are still cool and I will still wear them happily!

I have been looking for flip up sunglasses coupled with a clear prescription lens for years! I saw Elklook Eyewear had a pair AND they were offered in silver or gold tone. I also have an unusual eye prescription ( no central vision in my left eye, but have peripheral ) I was concerned about my prescription being accurately applied. I ordered a pair , great price, they took a little while to arrive, but worth the wait!! Excellent prescription application, excellent pair of glasses! I am ordering a second pair! Also, great customer service. Before they processed my first pair, they contacted me with questions about my prescriptions, just to make sure they got it right! 👍🙂

Elklook has made eight pairs of Binfing to my custom specification. All of them are readers. Most recently, were two pair of mirrored lenses - silver finish/silver frame, and gold finish/gold frame. The results were exactly what I wanted. These glasses have a distinctive look and I receive many complements on them. They have held up well and are comfortable to wear. I recommend this company for their quality products and because they will go the extra mile (or kilometer) to achieve the proper specification for custom work - transcending the language barrier with good communication and unfaltering customer service.

I love the frames I ordered. I wish I had known that my frames were being shipped internationally. Had I known, I probably wouldn’t have ordered them. I’ve been waiting 10 days, which is what I expected and have now been informed it may take 30 days. They charged my credit card immediately and it ended up taking about 21 days to receive it.
