Not shipped, no response
I was really hopeful placing my order. I absolutely love the designs and creativity of the frames, really my only basis for the 2 stars. Not often you find a brand with hand made ‘Alternative’ styles. Unfortunately it has now been a month with no updates after placing my order. I have reached out multiple times and received no response. My prescription isn’t complicated but i was still positive the first 3 weeks as i know thats the usual lead time. But absolutely no updates nor a response to me asking for shipping details or simply a sign my order was even progressing. On the website, my order hasn’t progressed past “processed, ready, shipped” and yet it still falls under the processing stage with no details as to its shipping status or tracking. Im sorely disappointed, especially given the money spent. Hopefully i can revoke my review if my order is ever actually received.
