This company offers misleading advertisements, and then does not accept them (a common bait and switch tactic). I contacted the company multiple times for clarification: "This is the text message I received. It clearly states: “$100 OFF . No strings.” (There is no mention of multiple coupons, limitations, or restrictions.) "Your own team has acknowledged that the message was misleading." After several more emails where they tried to obfuscate, confuse and deny – I ended up filing a complaint regarding deceptive advertising with the appropriate consumer protection agencies and I'm sharing my experience publicly. In researching the company, they found it was very suspicious that they did not have a physical location. Caveat Emptor!

I made my order on 07/12/26, and I am still waiting for my order. Not contact at all, I wrote to them by email, also by watsap but nothing. Horrible service...definitely never again.

Biggest SCAM or the Company TANKED. Ordered a pair on 6/4/26 that came in defected. Took some time by the 29th. By 7/4/26, I was asking for a refund OR replacement. Mailed back the defected ones by 7/9. Now they have both the product and my money. Waited 30 days till 8/9 to file dispute with bank. 8/27 now, still no update, no notice, no nothing, and bank says its technically 30 days AFTER purchase so no refund.

If youre only going to order from this company once, it will probably be a decent experience. However, they will scam you without remorse the second time. The quality of the glasses is decent. Shipping time is a little excessive(i waited a month, the first time, without issue) The issue comes when you try to contact "customer service". Its non-existant. There is a phone number, and email, a website chatbot, and thier social media accounts. You will NEVER reach anyone. They WILL NOT get back to you. I placed my second order on july 9th. I paid for "fast shipping"(meaning i expected it before a month later)They took my money, and that is tje last ive heard from them. I havr contacted them, DAILY, though ALL FORMS of cusromer service to try to find out whats up. And had ZERO response. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered some glasses and they did not fit. I have been trying to reach them by email, voice mail, chat and with no reply!! they have not returned any type of communication to me!! at this point they are a scam!!

Been waiting almost a month, I cant get them to reply to me checking on my order no matter what I do. Ordered the glasses on July 11th, been almost a month. Im about to order from somewhere else, I'd like to be able to see again. I wont be doing buisness with these people again, can't return a phone call, text, email or chat. Im wondering if they are even real.

I ordered glasses over a month ago. I have not received any information that they have shipped or not other than a seemingly generic note on their website about the order processing timeline. I have not gotten any shipping tracking information at all. I have called the number on their website, left phone messages, and I have emailed them inquiring on the order status...I even tried the chatbot on their website. I have gotten absolutely NO response. I don't mind waiting on an order to ship from overseas / China (I've done it several times), but this is the first time a company has provided ZERO information on my order...yet they are happy to take my money! I disputed the charges with my credit card company, showed them documents of my attempts to contact Elklook to no avail, and my credit card company provided a refund! This is not looking good for Elklook!

I ordered glasses on 7/9/26, it is now 8/3/26 and they still haven’t shipped. I tried their chat (which always says offline), customer service email, whatsapp, and social media to reach them for an update and never heard back. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my HSA card. Would not recommend.
